How it works

Step 1 - Pick a chain

Choose from a wide selection of either sterling silver or 14ct gold fill chains. Our chains range in style and thickness—we also stock PVD stainless steel for a chunkier chain option, as well as mixed metal and multicoloured chains, so there really is something for everyone. 9ct solid gold is also available upon request.

Step 2 - Add a charm

We have both dangly charms and chain connectors within our collection. Choose from birthstones, initials, stars, hearts, clovers, bows, opals, pearls, skulls, and so many more—you name it, we probably have it! Charms are optional; however, this is the part that can make your jewellery really personal to you. Memorial charms made of ashes or pet fur can also be made upon request. Step 3 - Custom fit to you

This is the tailoring stage of your appointment. Before the weld happens, we will trial multiple different fits of your jewellery to ensure it feels absolutely perfect and comfortable on you. There is no such thing as being too fussy! This jewellery is made to be worn every single day, so it is our main priority to make sure it is just right for you.

Step 4 - Get welded

When everything is perfectly in place, it’s time to weld! Don’t worry, this part is completely painless. We are not welding anything to your skin; it is just the tiny jump ring that attaches your jewellery together. To ensure your full safety, you will be asked to pop on some darkening glasses to protect your eyes from the spark, and a small piece of leather will be placed underneath the jewellery to protect your skin. Just like that, your permanent jewellery appointment is done, and you have something truly special to go away with!
